Pros:  sound quality, comfort
Cons:  control button takes a little getting used to

If you are like me and dont like things stuck inside your ear, this unit is great. It hangs on the outside of your ear and you dont even know its there. There are 3 different hooks and hookless ear buds if you like to wear it that way. Sound quality is outstanding at both ends which I have always found with Motorola. the control button is small and takes a little getting used to but once you do it is a breeze. this one is a keeper.
StarStarStarStarStar H71 has great sound but wont auto-answer
User: Phil Eskildsen, Jan 16, 2010

Pros:  Good sound, lightweight, comfortable
Cons:  Will not answer Treo automatically

I was looking for a noise-canceling headset to replace my Plantronics 340 on my Treo 650. Although the Moto HH17 works and wears well, it will not automatically answer the Treo even when the mode is set to "immediate". The phone rings, then you must manually press the call button on the H17. With the Plantronics, it played a scale then answered automatically, touching the call button would force a disconnect.

Maybe Im doing something wrong, but I cannot find anything to set on the H17 to make it auto-answer.
