Misshipped or Defective Products

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (877) 308-4915 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.

Outside of the 30 day return window

If your product becomes defective after the 30 day return policy, please email or call (877) 308-4915 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
